Refund and Cancellation Policy

First Pro purchase guarantee

Your first SourceScope Pro purchase is eligible for a refund within 7 days if SourceScope does not fit your workflow. This applies to Monthly Pro, Annual Pro, and Lifetime Pro.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled to prevent future renewals through the ExtensionPay payment flow. Subscription payments are not prorated or automatically refunded after the 7-day first-purchase guarantee period, except where required by law.

Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro is delivered digitally after purchase. Your first Lifetime Pro purchase is covered by the 7-day first-purchase guarantee. After that period, Lifetime Pro purchases are generally final except where required by law.

Refund requests

To request review of an eligible refund issue, contact SourceScope@pm.me with the email address used for purchase and a short explanation of the issue. Repeated refund abuse, duplicate guarantee requests, or policy misuse may be declined.

Payment processor

Payments are processed through ExtensionPay and Stripe. Approved refunds may be handled through the payment processor where applicable.
